Wiki Pain Pump CPT coding 64999

I have a physicians office billing for CPT code 64999, for a pain pump revision. I found no mention of any vein or nerve graft as this code implies. Any thoughts as to why they would bill this code? They have already been paid for 62350 and 62368.
