Is anyone out there familiar with palliative care? We have a team just starting and we are billing for the physician who is doing it. If she gets consulted to see a pt and does consult note, then pt gets discharged home, then gets readmitted 2 weeks later, do they do another inpt consult or just a palliative care progress note.
