I need some assistance on when to use V66.7 (Encounter for palliative care). Please see below for impression

AML: Recurrence 1. The patient has decided to proceed with palliative therapy with decitabine rather than reinduction and transplantation. A quality of life clearly factored into his decision. He appears to have a good understanding of the risks and benefits of both therapies and I believe that he is able to give informed consent.

Should I code: 205.02, V58.11, V66.7? Or, do I forgo using V66.7 altogether?
