Palmetto GBA - Nevada: Update Exam 95 and 97

I also came across the exam portion of this update. Does this explain that we cannot count body areas regardless of the level of exam? Please follow the weblink below. I need someone to give me more insight. Thank you!

That's the way I read it .... they only refer to "systems."

Wonder if...

they took the definition of a comprehensive exam requiring 8 or more SYSTEMS and then just stuck that in this table for simplicity? Also, even though a body area is listed in the template for the exam (i.e. abdomen, neck, etc.) it does provide a chance to educate the docs of what they need to examine AND DOCUMENT in order for that "abdomen" exam to count as the GI system.

This is what happens when I start thinking too much!
