Can anyone clarify if Ohio Medicare will pay for 96372 when billed with an E/M on the same date? I've pulled what I could from their website, 12/09 states 96372 is bundled into the E/M.. reading posts lately on another site to add modifier 25 to unbundle to get paid by Medicare. When was the change made?
