Wiki Pap Smear for two cervix

NCCI has a MUE for code 88164 and we have a patient who has two cervix. I would bill 88164 on two lines with a modifier 59 on the second line. Has anyone had this situation and would code it differently?
I appreciate any help with this question. Thank you! :)
