Pap smear with Oncology

hi wanted to get informed in regard to billing the pap smear at time of consult with the oncology, I know that for commercial payers is not reportable rather bundled to the EM.
Not sure is it is billable for Medicare though?

Need information please diagnostic or screening pap smears
