What is the code for an office visit where we do an exam and a pap. Can we charge for gathering the speciman for screening and prep to send to lab.
 
you use the office visit or if this well woman use a preventive or the G and Q codes depending on the payer. You can use the speciment collection code 99000 but most payer will not pay that code.
