I work for a very old school practice who will not do electronic records, he doesn't care how much he loses. I am being asked to come up with a check box system for the new guidelines. Besides the fact it is very difficult to basically do an electronic record on a two page note, they want it all condensed and super simple. Anything I have suggested they want it simpler. Just a box to check to cover any situation? I was think of having the owner sign a letter stating that I have given them my options and they are choosing not to take them and that I am not responsible for anything that happens. Thoughts?
