My surgeon is going to perform a parametrectomy via laparotomy on a patient and I am looking for a code to get the surgery approved through the insurance. I am having difficulty finding anything on this. Does anyone know of a code for this procedure? The patient had a hysterectomy already and he will only be doing the parametrectomy.
