Wiki Paravalvular TVAR leak

Hello,

This is my first time posting a question so if I have done anything incorrectly could someone please let me know.

Coding DX code for paravalvular leak of a TVAR valve. T82.03x is what we have been using. Another coder on hospital side of our organization used T82.538.
Could someone clarify the difference for me and which is the better code to use?
