I have a coding question for you. Here is the scenerio, mom comes in without her daughter to discuss with one of my docs some behavior she is witnessing as far as sex acts go she is only 5, she is worried about sexual assault or molestation. My doctor spent an hour with the mom discussing options etc...how would I bill this, I need some clarification on this as far as codes and dx codes, would I bill this under the daughter or the mom as the patient?
