Wiki Parenteral controlled substances *PRN* risk

I attended an AMA webinar in the past where it was stated parenteral controlled substances ordered as PRN do NOT count as High risk. I wish I would've written down the date of the webinar to go back to but now I cannot find it anywhere online. Does anyone else have this reference from the AMA?
