When a doctor pares corns/callus' how is that coded? I use 11055 for one, and for 2to4 I think I use 11055(single lesion) and 11056(2 to 4). What if the pare eight would you use 11055/11056 and 11057 or just the 11057? I'm confused.
Would it be:
11055 single paring(only code)
11056 2-4 paring(only code)
11057 more than four paring (only code)
