My provider is performing a superficial parotidectomy with nerve dessction and using a alloderm graft. Can someone assist me on how to code this? I was instructed to use 42415 and 15777 however the 15777 states breast/trunk) so now I am not sure what code to use for the alloderm. thank you in advanced for assistance. :confused:
