Wiki Partial Closure of Wound Following Excision

Provider excised an epidermal cyst, but per note "hemostasis was obtained using suture ligation to base of wound. Dry packing placed." How should I indicate the closure in addition to the excision? Intermediate closure with a 52 modifier? TIA!
 
Once the dry packing was placed, there is no closure. The suture was used for ligation of blood vessel, not skin closure.
I think you'll have to look for something else.
