Question......... Can the LNP apply the patches when the Dr. is out of the office? Our Doc only works 3 days a week and he is the only Derm in our practice. Can his LPN apply the patches when he is not in the office? What would be the correct way to bill? I don't think this can be done with out him because the 95044 should be billed the same day the patches are applied. Any suggestions???
