Wiki Patella implant and tibial spacer exchange

Physician performed tibial spacer exchange from previous total knee replacement along with patellar resurfacing with insertion of implant in our ASC.

The physician office states they are using CPT codes 27486 and 27438-59.

Has anyone has experience with this scenario?
