Hello, we are a Ortho Office in Indiana. What is/are the best codes to code for a patellofemoral joint replacement?

This is an unlisted procedure. If you index in CPT, it leads you to code 27599.
arthroplasty -> knee -> patellofemoral -> 27599

Also, CPT Assistant Feb 2021 / Volume 31 Issue 2 also states that patellofemoral arthroplasty should be reported with the unlisted code
