HELP! :confused::confused:I am considering 27420 or 27422....

"Using a C-arm, a juide pin was placed below his open physis and at the posterior cortical line, below Blumensaat line and the guide pin was placed. The tunnel was drilled to a depth of approximately 30 mm and the suture passers were placed laterally. This was done through a small longitudinal incision. A second incision was made onthe medial aspect of the patella and two guid epins were placed at the junction of the superior midthird of patella and approximately 16 cm distal. After drilling holdes the gracilis allograft which had been prepared was placed with bioabsorbable interference screws in the patella and the cental portion was placed into the femoral tunnel through the layer superficial to the joint capsule, and after proper tensioning was performed with the knee in approximately 50 degree of flexion, the biabsorbable interference sc rew was placed into the femur. The patient had physiologic constraint and excellent isometricity of the graft. Arthroscopic evaluation revealed satisfactory tracking. "

Any thoughts are very appreciated.
