Can anybody help me with this dx?

Skin with Compact Orthokeratosis, in Association with Sparse Superficial Perivascular Chronic Inflammation.

I got L08.9 for the skin inflammation, but not sure if there's anything else I'm missing for the Compact Orthokeratosis.
