Soft tissue mass was excised, Final Path Dx states: Grossly gelatinous mucoid tissue, NOS. Comment: Although this material may represent cyst contents, add'l histologic info cannot be provided due to processing dissolution of tissue submitted.

How do I code this? 729.90? And is there a way to indicate the dissolution of tissue?
