Patient had a lap chole done copt code 47562. Path comes back as chronic cholecystitis and cholesterolosis and also patient had lysis of adhesions. I coded it as
575.8- adhesions
575.11- chronic cholecystitis
575.6 for cholesterolosis

boss told me to recheck dx codes Is something wrong what I did?:confused:
