I am looking for guidance on the the most appropriate code for the following summary pls:

BONE MARROW ASPIRATE SMEARS, CLOT AND BIOPSY, RIGHT POSTERIOR CREST: variably cellular marrow showing prominently left shifted granulopoiesis, megaloblastoid erythroid hyperplasia, reduced stainable iron, and phenotypic alterations in the granulocytic series on flow cytometry. The finding are not specific but raise the possibility of a myelodysplastic state.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated!
