I have a case of a consult on a peripheral smear. The case clearly documents "Consult Report" and "At the request of Dr"

My question is would an 88321 apply to this case or would we still bill the 85060 because it is a peripheral. I am having difficulty finding guidelines for this. It is not a common scenario to have consults on peripherals.
