we are a large pathology practice and sometimes send a specimen out for consultation
(2nd opinion) and then they bill us . to recoup some of this money can we bill pt insurnace
( if the outside facility will not) and if so how ( who do we put as the rendering provider, and the cost billed , they all bill different amts for cpt 88321 and other cpt codes)
