Wiki Pathology consultation during a Mohs Surgery

In our dermatology office we have a dermatopathologist and a Mohs surgerons. Very rarely but it happens, the Mohs surgeron will ask the dermatopathologist to consult on a tissue. The Mohs surgeon has acted as a pathologist and surgeon but sent an additional layer to the dermatopathologist. My question is can the dermatopathologist bill for the consultation and what would the appropriate CPT code be? 88305-26 or 88321? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
