Wiki Patient hospitalized until delivery/global ??

A patient begins her care with our provider and is then hospitalized for problems during the pregnancy where she stays until she delivers. I know we can bill for the admit and any subsequent hospital visits by the provider but do we still bill the global fee when she delivers or will we need to itemize her care?
 
It will be global if enough OB visits were performed. If not enough visits were done then it would be split into antepartum and delivery w/ pp.
