Pt has Dizziness resulted to fall in the toilet. And patient presented at hospital after 2 days. But for fall and dizziness pt didn't consult anywhere before this is the first time. Currently patient is not experiencing any dizziness. Here can code dizziness, and for fall can code W19.XXXA.?
