Can a provider charge 96372 to administer an injectable that the patient provided? For instance, a patient has a medication that should be self-administered but they are unable to due to fear or physical ability, so they come to the office for a nurse to administer it. Can we bill 96372? I have always been under the impression that we cannot but wanted everyone's opinion.
