Good Morning.
I have a question re: Menu Set Measure 4, "Send reminders to patients per patient preference".
At the present time, we are not utilizing e-mail or texting to patients. As far as patient "preference" are we required to give patients these as options? Is it okay to send reminders via phone or mail only?
