Wiki Patient went from Inpatient Psych to Geri-Psych Floor Then Back to Inpatient Psych

The patient was admitted to inpatient psych on 01/27, but was sent to the geri-psych floor on 02/03/2020. The inpatient psych facility has treated this as a LOA. The patient went back to the inpatient psych floor of same facility on 02/06/2020. Should this really be a LOA? Also, the patient had traditional Medicare on 01/27/2020, but started with our plan on 02/01/2020. Shouldn't traditional Medicare pay for the stay?
