If a patient has the RH factor but it is not effecting the present pregnancy do we still give them a dx of 656.10 throughout their pregnancy or just for the dos they receive their Rhogam shot? Would they be considered a high risk pregnancy?

Dx 656.10 should only be used if she is having an adverse reaction and tests positive for Anti-D antibodies affecting this pregnancy. For the injection visit use the immunization code V07.2 for the injection and the HCPCS code.
