Does anyone have an updated list of insurance carriers that are wanting drug waste reported separately with JW modifier?

As an update, I have identified MCare, Med-Cal, Anthem BC, UHC, and UHC MCare. Researching others, as well, but please include if there are any others that you are familiar with.
