Wiki PAYING OUT OF NETWORK

My claims are being paid out of network for Cigna Medicare in CT. since March of 2025.

The Cigna Group completed the sale of its Medicare business to Health Care Service Corp. (HCSC) back in March of 2025.
Ever since then, my claims are being paid out of network.
When I called, they said the rendering provider is in network, but the facility if out of network.

Can someone help?

This sounds like a credentialing issue, need to confirm with HCSC to be paid in network , whether the provider as a group/facility Tax ID/NPI will need to be in network not only the rendering.
