has anyone had any problems with the add-on (92929) for cpt 92928??? all of the add-on codes do not have a charge for them and our clearing house keeps rejecting the claims.

please help thanks
 
I'm having the same problem in Arizona! I'm researching a MLN Matter Number : MM8141 and just getting myself confused.

The Final Rule for the 2013 Physician Fee Schedule did not take the RUC recommended values for the PCI add on codes. They bundled the add on codes into the main codes. CMS will not pay for the add on codes at this time. They are filed as a "Status B" so CMS will not even publish the values for other payers to recognize.
