LAD into LM with DES x2. Would this be coded C9600-LM, C9600-LD? ( facility)
 
If this is two separate lesions, then yes code C9600-LM and C9600-LD. But if this is one lesion, i.e. LM is stenotic, and the origin of the LD is also stenotic, then it's only one stent charge.
