I'm looking for advice re: when a PCN is removed (50389) in combination with an antegrade nephrostogram is 74425 still billable for the supervision and interpretation? Per NCCI, there are no bundling edits, but 74425 >does< bundle into the contrast injection (50431) which itself bundles into 50389, so uncertain if 74425 is still warranted based on this logic? Any help is most appreciated. Thank you in advance.
