The surgeon wants to bill 50081 and 50393 for percutaneous nephrolithiasis. EncoderPro does not have these codes bundled, but I would think they would be since 50393 is basically in the description for 50081.

50081- Percutaneous nephrostolithotomy or pyelostolithotomy, with or without dilation, endoscopy, lithotripsy, stenting, or basket extraction; over 2cm

50393-Introduction of ureteral catheter or stent into ureter through renal pelvis for drainage and/or injection, percutaneous
