Can i bill seperately for the indirect laryngoscopy performed during a regular office visit in primary care office. 31505 with 99214? pt has throat nodules that needed to be checked, however the visit was scheduled for medication refills and left shoulder pain. I read that this type of exam is considered part of a routine ENT exam, but we are not the ENT? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you
