Wiki PCP'S & Cologuard

The pcp's are providing Cologuard to their patients regardless of personal or family history of polyps and even some of the insurance companies are sending it to their members we are still billing the follow-up colon due to a positive result as the screening even though Cologuard is for Average Risk?

I've been having that issue too. I started adding Modifier KX.
