I can't seem to find a PCS code for excisional debridement of the muscle for a sacrum. Can anyone help with problem I have? :confused:
 
Since sacrum suggests joint, you'd have to go with trunk muscle, or query the provider. Excision of (L or R) trunk muscle, open approach. Review the 0KB section of PCS.
