How would one code for multiple toe nail removal using PCS codes?

I have a few questions in regard your question.

Are they completely removing all the nail or just part of it. Remember when it comes to coding PCS for "removal" procedures, it is required to know if they are partially removing that part, or fully removing it.

If they happen to remove all the nail, the code I will use is
