I am reaching out to anyone in the State of MI Medicare J8 MAC Part B. My provider is concerned to order and administrate the PCV15 CPT - 90671 & PCV20 90677, apparently their have been denials on Medicare. Does anyone have any current billing issues with this vaccination?

Without knowing more about what kind of denials your provider is speaking of, it's hard to give any advice. These are a covered preventive care benefit under Medicare Part B. The administration needs to be billed with HCPCS code G0009 and diagnosis Z23, and if billed correctly and administered according to recommendations, there shouldn't be any issue with denials.
