Can I get a little help with the following questions:

1. If a patient cancels PD training after one month, and a physician sees the patient during that time, can we bill the monthly PD charge, or would it be considered an in-center comprehensive/basic visit?

2. Is it possible to bill for PD training code (90989) and a PD monthly code (90966) in the same month? Can the physician complete both notes on the same day?
