I am looking for some help in coding the following procedure for a breast cancer reconstuction:

Bilateral Breast Reconstruction with expander placemet (19357) with a repair of right pectoralis minor muscle. The muscle repair is what I am having a hard time finding a code for. Is there a separate code for this or is included in the reconstruction code?
