I recently started a job doing pediatric coding. And have a few questions. Is there anyone on here willing to help me out a little?? Specifically using Z09 for newborns with failure to thrive.!
 
I am also a pediatric coding that is learning on the go. Z09 code would need an E/M code along with it. A failure to thrive code our office uses is Z00.1xx
