Does anyone have any experience and or information on Flouride Varnish being provided in a Pediatric Primary Care Setting?
 
We have been billing for the flouride varnish for a few years now. I bill with D1206. This only gets paid by Medicaid/Network/Neighborhood Health. Our commercial carriers do not cover this charge. This program to varnish peds patients was introduced to our office by the Masshealth department. Hope that helps. :)
