Does anyone know what the difference is between these two DX codes? Z00.129 and Z00.3. I know that the Z00.129 states routine child (0-17) and the Z00.3 states exam for adolescent development state (0-17). My provider is using the Z00.3 for pediatric exams for 13-17 year olds. Any help would be grateful.
