Does anyone know how to code a pediculotomy?

My surgeon is doing a T7-8 Lami, T8 Pediculotomy, foraminotomy and facetectomy. Arthrodesis of T6 through T10 posterior segmental instrumentation with peicle screws and rods from T6 thorugh T10 with use of locally harvested autograft.

Can anyone help?
